You might be better off checking for them but I meant Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

Review batteries for voltage.
Just because a battery is NEW does not mean battery is good.
Using a cheap digital voltage meter just place selector on DC and then one probe on center top and the other probe on on center bottom of button cell battery.
Orientation of probes for testing in regards to + or - will not be important because if crossed it just gives a negative number but number is correct.
You are looking for 3 volts with a 2032 battery.
Make absolutely sure that batteries are placed in the fob in correct orientation or you can damage the FOB.
By chance did someone change or remove the motorcycle battery under seat and accidently bump some wires.
Try placing key fob on seat as a signal strength test.

You can view DTCs in the radio's service menu without a working fob present. With the ignition switch off, press and hold the power/mute button on the radio. Turn ignition switch to ignition. Enter your pin as usual to override security while continuing to hold the power/mute button. When the warning screen appears, select "accept" to enter the service menu. You can now release the power/mute button. Scroll to, and select DTCs.
