Rear cylinder cuts out

Rear cylinder cuts out
My friends Dyna has some issues. He has spent a ton of money on it and it still doesn't run right. His email to me is below. The part about the bike running fine while on an angle (kickstand) is weird. Any Ideas?
2006 Dyna FXDCI 6 speed
Replaced and inspected by a qualified mechanic;
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Fuel sock
2 fuel lines
Fuel regulator
Fuel sending unit float
Basically everything in the tank is brand new.
Spark plugs
Coil
Wires
Heat sensors
Cylinder wall
Head
The bike starts and runs ok while cold, as soon as it warms up the engine light comes on and the rear cylinder starts to cut out. It will come on intermittently. Basically runs on one cylinder.
The light stays on until you lean the bike or place it on the kick stand about less than 10 seconds the light goes out and the bike runs fine. The code that it throws is the rear cylinder is not firing. I don’t believe this model has the parade mode that shuts down the rear cylinder. It’s hard to imagine the ECM has anything to do with it, the lean angle has me stumped.

Just a quick question. Is it worse as fuel level gets lower?
I've seen plugged crossover nipples starve one side of a tank. Reason being the fuel pick up sits on the left side of the tank and that side would run low on fuel until it was put on the jiffy stand and fuel could spill over. Disconnecting the crossover line will tell you if one nipple is clogged.
I've seen them plugged with tape and other things.
We'll assume that the certified mechanic did a wiggle test, checked for any rub throughs etc.
Just a passing thought.
