Checking the crank is on my soon to do list. I plan to pull the cover and check the tensioner shoes and while I'm in there I want to check the crank to see if I can go with the chain drive and ditch the shoes. I had not considered the primary being a source of vibration but I will check it too, Thanks BP and Twisted for your input.

Eventually, I want to replace every bushing, bearing and wear item so it'll be back like new again.
The OEM front motor mount is very stiff and will take 500-1000 miles to "break in" and once broken in, it will never be as good as the Glide Pro; you get what you pay for.
I would not go the expense of replacing the rear mount with the Glide Pro, although it is quite good but would definitely replace the swing arm bearings, inner and outer spacer and the hard rubber "donuts" (isolators) to minimize the dreaded "bagger wobble". I replaced just the rubber donuts on my '02 FLHT at 35K miles and it made a huge difference in high speed handling through a long, fast sweeper. The parts are cheap and easy work.

The front isolator was so bad on my 131K mile FLHTC the inner primary was tapping into the frame on the bottom enough to wear a dent into the inner primary enough to almost go thru. I can't imagine the racket that made.
