# of riding days in select European cities
Thought I'd post this in case someone else is interested. I'm considering relocating to another city in Europe, and did a comparison of number of riding days in a few cities. Yes, I'm aware HK is not in Europe 
Riding day is defined as: minimum temperature 5 Centigrade AND no events (rain, thunderstorm, fog)
Riding day no heat is defined as: above AND Heat Index is lower than 28
Database is ~3250 observations (days) per city from Weather Underground.
