Default Primary oil going into engine

Hi there, I own a 1986 softail custom. My engine have been rebuild this winter (wiseco piston +0.030 10:1 compression), Ev27 Andrew cam, tappets, Revtech oil pump. we have changed all the bearings and seals too. the Engine start very well but the only problem is all the primary oil goes into the engine and it fill the oil tank full. My crank seal is brandnew and installed in the right way. Does someone have idea why it's append and how to correct this?

Sorry for mistakes, I'm not native english.

Thanks in advance

Gilles

You have got to have a bad crank seal...That's the only area I can think of that the primary oil could possibly get into the crankcase.

It's what we tough, yesterday I have changed the oil seal for a new one and same thing happen...engine sucks primary oil. If the stator's cable retainer (29954-71) and his screws are missing, could it be my problem? thank you

Yes, those holes are drilled & tapped completely through the case. They must be sealed to prevent in-leakage and/or out-leakage.

I've installed the cable retainer and changed engine oil and everything seems to be OK.

Thanks all

LOL, probably something to do with that oil-slingin' beast sitting in my shop.

Like you have read it just has to be the crank seal, there is no other way that oil can get into the engine.

LOL, I've got an engine sitting in my shop right now that has another way! Those screw holes that are used to cinch the stator wires to the case go completely through the case. When some knucklehead strips one and replaces it with a sheetmetal screw, and causes a crack, guess what happens. Or if you don't use the screw holes at all, crankcase vacuum sucks the primary lube into the crankcase.
