Default Road King Would Not Start!

Been recuperated from surgeries the last 6 months. 2 months ago was the last time I was able to ride. Did some PM. Like replace HyperCharger with stock S&S air cleaner and route breather to atmosphere. Which pjb gave me hell for. Adjusted lifters. Day before yesterday I was cleared. Road King would not start. Charged battery over night. Drained gas and replaced with fresh premium. Just for insurance. Only recommended for professialals as not safe for amatuers. A very slight spritz of stater fluid. Started right up. Only got this Road King in October. But. The more I am able to ride it. The more I realize I have a high compression high performance 1995 Evo Road King. This thing just won't quit pulling. Love hate relationship started.

How long have you had the bike? What cam does it have? What's the cranking pressure in each cylinder.

Glad you are feeling better.

Prot. I have no idea about internals. PO had no idea. It has plenty. Got it in October of 2018. 17,500 miles. Have not checked compression. It has plenty. It just needed fresh fuel. All I know is. External. Alan Johnson Performance heads. S&S Super E Carb. Thunder Header. I love it. It will pull the hell out of my 2007 Ultra. Thanks for the flowers. I retired at the first of the year. Gonna try and ride all my bikes till the wheels fall off.

If it doesn't already have one, you should put a Pingel on it.

I'm curious about one thing: You said you adjusted the lifters. I assume you mean the pushrods. What motivated that?

Gave you hell for??
I simply gave the quick simple fix for your problem, because I ran into the same thing a few days previous. Not for your benefit, because you went your own way, but for future readers that run into the same thing.
Can't believe you're still hanging on to that.

hope you figure out how to start your bike!

looks like the hypercharger is still on there. what happened?

A hyper charger defines one clues about engine perf.
Dump it.

And "bad gas" and "starter fluid" define one's clues about engine repair/maintenance.
