I played Rugby back in 1977. I still have the deformed ear from one too many scrums.

I really only played for the after parties....

TD has just excelled himself! Of course the experts amongst you will realise that his cake is played to Union rules (15 players per team) not League (13 players), but hey, whose complainin'?!

Opening match this pm, betwixt Oz and England - get out the liniment.....

Who they also beat! Welsh knocked out of the tournament as a result. Now if this was Rugby Union there would be uproar and protests, but still a noteworthy result for the Tomahawks! Their next match is this Thursday, against Scotland.

"Real Football"??? If you want to see real football go to any public park here in the states on a cold fall weekend and watch a friendly game of "touch" football. It all starts out innocently enough, but by the time the keg gets below half full the touch is gone and you have all out, no rules street tackle being played.
While I was on the fire department we used to have a bet on how many times during the wekend we would get called to the park for injuries!!!!!

Just booked our tickets for the semi-finals John! The only matches close enough for us to try to get to, at Wembley National Stadium. The way your Tomahawks team is playing Mrs B and I may well get to watch them 'for real'!
