I finnnnaalllllyyy figured out how to install an adjustment on the --secondary jet === easy use the boss in the bowl that pushes up on the rubber plug ; for threads of the needle adjuster --- as long as the threads don't hit the rubber plug --the plug will act as the seal !!!!!! --put a hole in the plug the same size as the adjuster --- size to size will help seal --the boss is 1/4 in. Dia. And 1/4 thick --plenty of room for threads ---8-32 x 1 1/4 allen bolt -- turn the threads off about 7/8 from the end --taper end and spend some time making sure of the length to the jet--open jet slightly for needle
If you read the thread most people don't think the butterfly carb is worth messing with and should be replaced at the earliest opportunity.
