Drago Bike Works has a new Dragula 2 out that's suppose to put up good numbers. Fuel Moto has the new E Series and Road and Track 2:1 out now also. The D&D Fat Cat is popular with builders and tuners, but I think it's too f'n loud for touring, but that's just a personal opinion. To each their own. The Supertrapp Supermeg isn't new, but typically puts up good numbers when tuned right. Check out the dyno section here and take a look around.

If you want it on the quiet side, Supertrapp. If you don't mind a bit of noise and a raspy bark, D&D Fat Cat. What bike would this system be going on?
As for the V&H quality slipping I would have to agree. Just this last week I opened up a black Pro Pipe and noticed there was a 1" long blemish in the black coating on the rear cylinder heat shield. V&H said they will send me a replacement in 4-6 weeks which is unacceptable. Now the customer gets to show off his brand new pipes for a month and a half with a 1" long blem in the heat shield until a new one gets here....

'14 RK w/ Fuel Pak and intake upgrade JRi Shocks.
Don't need loud just extra hp to compensate for weighted down ride (and just because).
Thanks for the post.

I'm pretty happy with Supertrapp Supermegs. Good quality, tunable and great low end torque when set-up properly.

T-Sport and V&H pro
Have the '01 T-Sport that I installed Vance and Hines HS pro 2 into 1 in 2006 along with an Arlen Ness big sucker intake. Throttle response was the biggest improvement I experienced,, didn't have it dyno'd though, so i don't know if I grabbed some more HP or not. These pipes seem to have gotten louder over the years but still sound and look great. Would buy them again.

In a couple of more weeks when the weather gets better up here in the North East I will be putting to the dyno an rb lsr 2-1 to a bassani 13121j 2-1. both for a early model softail. Both pipes are brand new as well as the motor build...but nothing beats a tunable pipe..... Just need a little more time for better weather..
