Hi , I have V&H Hi output Carbon Black Slip on's . One of the Carbon Viber end cap insert is loose and rattles badly now ! Took a while to find the rattle . Looks like they are riveted on . Has anyone had this problem ? Can I drill out the rivets and replace them ? Not sure what size they are either ?


Any help would be great .

 

Is this the end cap you're talking about? If so, I see a button head cap screw that should use an Allen wrench to remove.

 

Those are to remove the baffle itself .not the end cap .

O yes , that is the right end cap

 

Removed the end cap ! the metal cylinder has broke free from the baffle itself . the one that sits inside the end cap ! Hummmm. Anyone else have this issue . I guess I will have to get ahold of V&H .
