I have a set of these MK 45's and they don't have catalyst cartridges in the mufflers. I pulled them a part and have swapped out the baffles so I'm sure of this? You might have a newer version than mine though

No cats in my MK45 mufflers, but I don't have the El Dorado exhaust setup, just slip-ons.

I'd be worried about frying the bags or contents with cats in the mufflers.
