Opinions of my future Build
I hope you guys will put in your 2 cents on my future build. The engine is a 06 88". I am plan on porting and polishing heads, installing larger valves 1.90 int. and 1.570 ex and cc. Also, mill the heads .040.95" JE forged flat top pistions and .030 head gaskets.Cams are Andrew 44.I am trying to get 100hp/100tq, hope this possible. Do you guys think I will need comp. releases.Does anybody know any good dyno tunersaround the Springfield, MO area.Any suggestions?

I would recomend using C/P pistons you could mill you heads to 82 ccs and us C/Ps 9.5 piston and get a 10.1 engine or switch to the 10.1 piston and get a 10.6 engine.
I would do the comp. releases for sure! If you do head work, run a Woods or Head-Quarters cam.
If you have 93 oct. fuel avalible Id to the 10.6 or 11.1 engine with the HQ 0033 cam or woods 9 cams. If you have 91 oct. do a 10.1 or 10.6 and use the Woods 6 or7 cam or HQ Firestorm cams.
power would be 105 to 115 HP and 110 to 120 lbs of torque.

I would put a procharger supercharger on it. A procharger on a stock bike twin cam puts out 107/109 hp at 10 psi boost.for almost the same price you are going to have your motor work.
If it was me I would buy the procharger 10 psi boost.
Now if you want to get crazy power make the motor a std. 95 inch port the heads get the procharger and get 135/145 hp.
website to see this or go to www.procharger.com
