I need to take the black caps off my pipes becuase they are turning purple.&nbsp\\; I have some chrome ones coming in.&nbsp\\; I tried to remove one of the allen bolts and the allen wrench strarted stripping out the bolt head.&nbsp\\;Does anyone know the exact size key (standard or metric) and are there any tricks or tips to getting these out without screwing them up?

 

I own these, but cant help you on the size. I haven't tried to remove them. I'm going to assume there metric. either way this will bump your thread and maybe someone will see it that knows.
