Default Air Fuel mixture help

A local mechanic diagnosed an air intake issue with my '99 Low Rider, where it was sucking in air, (where it's not suppose to), due to bad manifold seals. I believe he adjusted the air fuel mixture so it would run better for my ride back home. I bought the seals from him and installed them myself. I put everything back together and did the carb cleaner test to verify the air leak was fixed, all good. Problem now, is I think it's getting too much fuel and I don't know how he adjusted it.

Can someone tell me where this adjustment is made and how do I get it set properly?

Thanks.

There should be a screw directly under the throttle plate. I believe it's normally filled with putty to discourage people from playing with it. That would be underneath the carb I'm not sure it has much, if any, impact once the throttle opens, but assume most of your problems were keeping it from dieing with the throttle closed.
