Oil blowing out of breather

I have a 2002 Ultra which I just changed the lifters, installed adjustable pushrods and changed the rockers. After running the engine for a couple of minutes, I begin to get oil coming out the rear breather, The breather has a new filter, O ring and gaskets. Upon further review, I found a small obstruction on the inlet valve drain channel, which I am not sure if it was big enough to prevent all the oil from draining through the port. This piece was half round and brittle, and probably a good 1/4" tall, which I thought it might be a piece of locktite, but now I question that decision, and wonder if it might be part of the valve stem seal. Is there anything that could be responsible for this oil problem?
Thanks, Charlie
After further evaluation, I could not find any blockage, ran plastic tie wrap all the way down to the crank case through the drain hole. Oil is still coming out the breather screw hole. I do seem to have more pressure coming out from this cylinder's breather screw hole than the front cylinder. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You probably found it.
You can also enlarge those holes to .125", to get the oil away from that area better.
