Question Hide forum from search results?

Any way to hide a specific forum which I have zero interest in so its results don't show in new posts list?

500 (maximum allowed) new posts every time I visit. If I could hide results from forums which I never read it would be great. Don't think it can be done but wanted to be sure.

Well, it would take you awhile, but it could be done. Go to every forum you want to search, and click on Forum tools, and subscribe to that forum. When you do a search, go to Advanced Search and choose Search All Subscribed Forums. Pretty cumbersome, but doable.

Yes it can be done. You have to figure out the number for each subforum (just visit each and look in the URL.

Then you can add a bookmark similar to this one to your browser. Here's mine that excludes some ones I don't like often.

For example: 78 is the political forum. so I added that to the exclude list.
