i am trying to resize the youtube player in a thread.
is this possble?

Doesn't it have the "expand/downsize" gimmick in the lower right hand corner?

 

not trying to watch video in full screen or theater mode.
i am trying to make the video player in a thread smaller.
when i enter code and then go to preview the thread, the code disapears. code tags still remain in thread. i know that html is turned off on this forum. so i guess this was a stupid question and i will move on.

Stoney, I have found that in the thread editor all I see is the link and not the video itself. Once posted, the video shows up. Hope this helps.

 

have noticed this also, kinda sucks. the pics show up in preview but, video player will not. i am pretty sure now that resizing a youtube video player is not permitted by hd forums. i think once you start writing code in forums, it starts to mess with the forums html. i think thats why html is disabled on this site. anyway, thanks for the input QC.

You're correct, we have HTML disabled for security reasons and as a result the YouTube window is not resizable here on HDF.
