Who can I ask for a second opinion on a moderator decision?

Normally I would suggest introspection, however, I have very little confidence that you are capable of doing that. I belong to three HD forums and you've been banned from one of them that I know of. I'm guessing you were banned by the other one because you don't post there. Even though you change your name and avatar your writing style is so easy to pick out of a crowd.
When I look at your forum posts I see no pattern of a discussion. That is the purpose of a forum, after all. The regurgitation of the same talking points have gotten to the point I don't bother to read your posts. I can read the first couple of sentences and it's like, "oh here we go again".
If I were to build a profile it would look like this. The top ten things that Wodan hates:
1. America
2. Jews
3. Christians
4. Women
5. Israel
6. US Constitution
7. Bill of Rights
8. Liberty
9. Freedom
10. Bible
The operative word is "Hate".
I'm not clairvoyant but I am confident that your time in this forum is limited.
Consider this.

a) It's not mentioned in the forum's rules.
b) There's nothing in the forum's rules to prohibit it.
The reason given was not actually true.b) There's nothing in the forum's rules to prohibit it.
Therefore it comes down to one moderator's unaccountable bias.
Or perhaps inability to comprehend. I have no idea which.
But when I am accused of something as an excuse to censorship that is obvious false, I want to ask why. Which they refuse to respond to.
My guess is, because they know it was wrong but to admit it would just exposes the bias.
Therefore I would like second opinion on their decision.

Good post Sarah, but I think he hates our military the most so added it to your list. The vile comments he's made towards Vietnam vets here are disgusting. He's in the same category as Jane Fonda, perhaps even worse.
