Maybe this will have to wait until Monday to be a fix.
For me it seems to affect everything in Off Topic but it's not consistent. The Weapons sub for example, if I use "New Posts", nothing shows up, if I do the New Today, I see posts there and throughout Off Topic.
New Posts for me is much more convenient to see posts across all of the subs. Now, if we could only get rid of the Welcome threads in New Posts, now that would be an accomplishment.

One can only put that in their prayers and hope it will be true someday.
'WHY ROB CAN'T THAT BE TRUE? PLEASE ROB, MAKE IT SO!'

I joined this site during the run up to the last election. I was unaware of the POD, or that after 100 posts you are automatically admitted to the POD. I woke up one morning, clicked “new Posts” and it was nearly nothing but new POD posts. I clicked one, read a few comments, then scrolled down to the bottom and posted “This is the dumbest crap I've ever read”. Old Bold Pilot was the immediately previous poster. I thought I was going to get banned right there. LOL
I did ask to have my privileges removed for the POD, so I don’t see it anymore.
Arguing politics with people from New England, Northern California, and Australia, all at the same time doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. So I don’t.

the post below yours indicates people are still coming here thinking we're concerned about their in-laws as well as their shitty motorcycle technical advice

Not a clue what the two previous post said but least someone misunderstood what I was saying, I enjoy the 'POD' but that were it should stay just like the rules say.
You should only see it on the POD. So basically, one would need to click on the hamburger menu all the way to it.
It's become a Forum of its own with many post obviously non political but simple off topics and such. Zero turn mowers, deaths, ECT.. No biggie if that what they want.

The topic is
The problem seems to also cross over to Off Topic in general. The topic has nothing to do with people not knowing how to navigate throughout the site. The problem for me is occurring both on MacBook Pro running Chrome and on iPhone using Safari so it does not seem to be platform related.
As a reminder though, this is the conversation the last time someone drifted into making the thread their own.
