What is with it, I know hdforums wants to make some money to cover costs, but is this a site about American made bikes or selling German made crap cages. This darn VW popup every other thread is a pain in the ****. Just sayin....

 

they are starting to sneak into mine as well, hadn't had any, up until today, and every thread I click on, I'm getting hit. something needs to be done.

 

pop up blocker - most browsers have some sort of way to block them if you choose.

 

Google Chrome with Ad Blocker plus. I don't get any pop-ups.

 

Firefox and popup blocker has been working for me quite well up until today. I have it, but it has been circumvented somehow, cuz until today, there has been no issue whatsoever

 

Seems to be some new, creative advertising cropping up here. Opened some pictures of a helmet mod posted in another thread and there was advertising pasted across the photo. Don't know if the site has been hacked or if it's just a new ad idea. At any rate it's getting irritating.

I haven't seen one pop up and I am using Internet Explorer with the pop up blocker enabled. I also use Do Not Track Plus by Abine and it blocks adware from following you all over the net, recording all the crap you look at. Best of all, it's free.

 

I use my IPhone and the VW popups are all the time now, wtf?? Sometimes I get so pissed I log off!! This Sucks
