What I am telling you is from a sticky that is posted in the area above this section:

NEW MEMBERS WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO PICTURES OR PMs UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN AN ACTIVE MEMBER FOR FIVE DAYS AND FIVE POSTS.

I saw where you joined on the 5th of this month, so that means that you have a few days to go before you are able to PM somebody. You already have the posts, you just need a little more time.

 

Like Springer pointed out, the sticky's are there for a reason, if only more would just take the time to read them.

 

what about 30 days? do you have to wait that long also like it states?

And I know this was a long time ago, but maybe I am just trying to get up to 5 posts to test that out!

 

In the above Sticky threads it says that you need to be here for 5 days and have 5 posts to be able to send PM's and the one about 5 posts and 30 days has to do with being able to post in the Classified section.
