Wide Glide Conversion
Any one know where I can get the axle spacers and hub spacer to run my 19 inch front tire after I change over my narrow glide front end to a wide glide front end???
I do not wanna run a 21 inch tire like the wide glide does....matter of fact down the road I might even wanna lace a 17 inch rim to my front hub to run a wider front sneaker!!!
Kinda gonna make this bike FAT like Exile Cycle builds.....
I have the new trees and axle........
I have a 07 St. Bob with all axles being 1 inch....
Thanks

RE: Wide Glide Conversion
If you run the stock Street Bob hub in the wide glide front end, you will need to make your own spacers since that is a rare and extremely dangerous and avoided combination. The wide wheel hub is what you need to go with the wide glide forks so that you can make the brakes work without some odd-ball killer spacers for the rotors.....Lace your rims to the correct wide hubs and purchase the spacers as a stock item from many sources.
