Put a grease gun on it and pump in the grease just like any other fitting.

I put in a 45 degree fitting which is much easier to use

OK, I gotta ask: what grease fitting? I have an '04 WG and don't see a grease fitting. Am I just lucky or what...?!

No, you are unlucky. Dyna's don't have a grease fitting. You gotta tear your front end down to put a nickels worth of grease on the bearings.

I thought so - I read this thread and was out in the garage last night with a flashlight looking for a grease fitting...

I put a 90 degree fitting on mine, and then took the old fitting, drilled into the primary where the shifter shaft is and put the old fitting there to grease the shifter shaft.

I'm very familiar with greasing a grease fitting but the stock fitting is straight and you can't
reach it because of the fairing on the Ultra. I've read somewhere about an adapter any help
will be greatly appreciated.

You can get a 45* fitting at any auto parts store for about 50 cents to replace the straight on in the neck.
