The parts are easy to cost, by using any of the on-line parts websites, such as this one. Then there is labour, which will depend on who you visit. Any indy would be the wisest, IMHO! If you have a bike with fairing there is quite a bit of time just to get the fairing out of the way and refit it. The forks themselves take relatively little time, once out of the bike. I'm not going to guess how many hours, call an indy.
