imy buddy who wears a large usually got a lil joes xl zip up club vest, it was small on him, then he got an xxl which was too big, he sold the xxl to me, Im 5'9 190 lbs and it fit me perfect. then he went and got a lil joes bay area vest in an xl and it fit him perfect. the zip ups run REAL small. the button up just run a little small. HA support
