Was just in/through the area (Pigeon Forge) on a bike trip. DEFINITELY plan on going back to ride more and do the area justice. Of 14 states traveled, this area was at or near the top of the list. On top of the riding, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinberg have a lot going on and seem to be a great "home base".

May be calling you within the next year or so - whenever I can get that way again. Your place looks great and at a fair price too. As a fellow vacation rental owner myself (Santa Fe, NM), I can relate...

Thanks for the kind words! We can rent it out at this low rate due to the fact we avoided all the Management companies that would charge us 40% off of the top. If we went through the Management companies they all wanted to charge $170 a night. But with me doing all of the advertising, booking, paying cleaners and lawn care I can rent it out at a rate that just about anyone can afford. It can be a big pain in the *** at times but I have met some great people along the way and that makes up for the headaches. And Monstead send me some information on your rental and we may be able to swap out some days in the future.

 

I live in Knoxville and am always riding up into the Smokies. PM me if anybody is looking for someone to ride with while staying at his cabin.
