I don't understand the thinking of the Judge in the charges and the sentence given. I feel badly for the friends and family of the victims for what I would consider a Gross Miscarriage of Justice.

stories like this one are so very sad. Theres nothing but loss on all sides. A few secounds and everybodies lives have changed forever. No winners....just losers.

There are accidents and then there are these types of people where 20 yrs is no where close to what he should have gotten for his actions - hopefully Karma catches up him......

This is what happens when they hire an attorney. The system gets twisted after the consequences.
Final straw...Should have been direct death penalty w/o question. Like one said here, "An eye for an eye." Done Deal and Case Closed !.

Some on here seem to think he got off lightly! He killed someone accidently, and some on here think he should die for that. Good grief!
