I know.. you are so right. My girl talked me into going to Bed Bath & Beyond yesterday, at one point she said, "You're getting easy" in which I replied "No, not really, just have no other options right now"

Try living in Minnesota this time of year! We have 4-5 months of winter left! 😡

Default Weather

It has stopped raining here, it's just a little cold which is fine. Needing to get out and put some miles on the bike especially after the holiday madness.

I have often thought about locating up north after retirement just to have some seasonal changes, but when I hear you have another four-five months of winter left i just do not see pulling the trigger to move

Take 15 points off your "man card". 5 for going to Bed Bath & Beyond and 10 for admitting it in a public forum.

Exactly - I can't help getting caught in it, but to leave out while it's raining - nope. In South East Texas every day is 30% chance.

Same rainy crap here in ATL. Rode short rides on Christmas day and then on the 26th, but not since. I have used the down-time for doing a 3-hole fluid change and some other needed maintenance though.

Oh, and 6 solid days of kitchen remodeling! Can I please go back in the garage now!

Adapt, improvise, and overcome. Bed Bath and Beyond - the weather has never been that bad.

Leave it to Dickey to make us all feel better.....

I only was able to get one ride in the month of December. And that was only to work and back, hardly a scenic ride. Between the rain, bitter cold, and having the crud for a week I just could not get out.
January isn't looking much better for the short term. 60's and heavy rain today, lows in the single digits mid week.
