Ramsey is a guy who preaches to people on how to be debt free.
Of course he does this using his experience of himself being irresponsible and going bankrupt.
Oh yea he also gives financial advice if you sign up for $10 per month.

A shiny new Harley is a luxury item! It is not a necessity. You can buy a USED motorcycle off Craigslist and wait until you can afford a new one. It's the responsible thing to do.

I have less than fair credit. I was approved the other day interest rate blows, but I got my bike used bike in great condition. I was told I can refinance with a local credit union in a year. And there is no early payoff penalty. But I wanted my bike and I got her.
If you are looking for and want it now, try for financing. Worst they can say is no. Good luck
