I have read the service manual for servi-car, it tells you to service the rear axle every 2000mi but it doesn't tell you how to preform the service. Any one know what needs to be done?

 

My father and I are building a '64 Servi-Car now. We totally rebuilt everything. The rear end is filled with grease, not oil. My guess would be just grease it and make sure everything is tight.
