Default White Walls and Brake Dust

Is there a type of brake pad that prevents or reduces the amount of brake dust on white wall tires? THanks

Simple green and magic eraser will clean them. I put ceramics on my Softail and it helped, but only a ittle bit.

Its definitely brake dust. There are so many brake pads made of several different materials on the market today . I thought maybe one type would be better with white walls. Guess I could remove them all together..

The back one gets dirtier on my RK Classic than the front one by far so I am guessing road grime has as much to do with if not more than brake dust. I use Westley's Bleche White Tire Cleaner to clean up my white walls.

I switched from the HD pads to Lyndall Z+ pads. Nothing at all wrong with the HD brake pads. I did, however, find less dirt on the tires and white walls with the Lyndall pads versus the OEM pads.

HogPro is a sponsor of the forum and has excellent prices on the Lyndall pads. Their customer service is also top notch.

Westley's Bleche White Tire Cleaner is the best in my opinion. It even works good if you don't have white walls.
