rjjj629: When you make burger patties at home, do you use EXACTLY 0.5 lb of meat for each patty (with a 3 decimal point precision so each patty is exactly 0.500 lb), or do you do 0.490 lb or 0.510 lb for each patty? How close to 0.5 lb is considered proper?

A dead meat analogy!! Just like the owner of that bike with 1700 miles on it!!
