Highly recommend them! I rented one for a 400 mile road trip to trade my old triumph in for my road king back in June and was more than impressed!

 

Yeah I have to agree, I rented one , trailered close to 1000 miles with 2 bikes . No issues at all bikes stayed stable got to our destination and back no problem.

 

I guess this is what doing a search does. Drudge up old things. Anyway, U Haul maintains the equipment very well and I have used several of their vehicles (trailers are vehicles) in the past. Would not hesitate to use them or to buy from them after the service life goes out.

Pro Tip: If you're doing a long trip, rent a trailer, they don't count the miles on them. So rent local, drive empty to get your stuff and return in on Monday. A lot cheaper than one way trips.

 

I always put a 2 x 4 under the ramp after it busted the kickstand spring.
