Awesome customer service!!! I bought the Vtwin goodies floorboard extension kit based on many good reviews here. They are well made and really make the bike more comfortable by spacing the boards out an inch. So here is the great part, I had taken off the boards and some other parts to have them powder coated. Somehow I lost the two round spacers that came with the kit so I contacted Vtwin goodies to see if I could purchase just those two pieces. After verifying my purchase they sent me out the pieces right away and no charge. I would have happily paid for them because it was my fault, but they sent them totally free.
Vtwin goodies makes a good product and has great customer service, so if you are in the market for floorboard extensions they deserve your business.

Glad to hear they're still doing customers right after all these years. One of the 1st accessories added to my '09 FLHX was the 1" extensions and they're still holding strong.

Lol, Yeah I am due to get some new pics up with all the changes I have made. I will get on that this weekend.

 

hey Sw1 thank you for the write up I think I will go to the hard wear store and buy four inches worth of washers and four bolts and give them a try before I spend the big bucks if that works Ill be calling Vtwin goodies before a cat can lick it's self
