We been having some nice weather here in Milwaukee. Still seeing a lot of riders out there. Suppose to take a turn for the worse this weekend though. As soon as the ice/snow and salt hit the ground I call it quits till spring

We continue riding here. We just adjust our destinations from the mountains during summer where it's cooler, to the deserts in winter where it's warmer. Actually, they both work out to about 65 to 78F. Still could use some rain though. It's been a month since we had measurable precip. And 6 months before that for precip. Yeah, it's dry here, but we have a "10% chance of rain towards the end of November!"
Meanwhile, we'll keep running our engines...

It has been a good couple of days here in the Bay Area (California). Temps in the low 70s. Took a short inland run (too foggy on the coast) along Pacheco Pass to Hollister (via Hwy 25) and back home again.

Cleaned up my 64 Elky a bit and took a pic of the 84 parked next to it.

...a good day and a good ride along with a Cohiba and some Jack on the side.

Allways the saddest day of the year for me. We are still lucky in northern Alberta, still riding but she's chilly. Last Sunday I rode the dirtbike all morning and the Harley all afternoon, it was a GREAT day!

I am still riding, because I have to. My bike is my main transportation, and my car is being worked on, but I am not really enjoying it.

I went on my last ride last night in the dark after work. Got the bike all washed up. MN riding season will be over come Friday. Sleet/snow predicted and out comes the snow. If it wasn't for salt on the roads, I'd ride if it was above freezing.

Basically the peak of the riding season here. Not as hot as summer. Yesterday was sunny and 83, took off from work just to go riding.

Rode 30 miles to work today. It's an UNBELIEVABLE 76 degrees today. For central IL on Nov 17 that's not too shabby.

Not over for me, and I'm just an hour south of you probably....still in New England. Unless there's unplowed snow or it's into the mid 20's or lower..I'll still go out. Plenty of days in the winter where the temps bump 40 or more and make for great riding!

My bike goes to bed Halloween and stays there until mid May. I am too old to fight off the cold. Was a time I rode it year round, snow, sleet did not matter. Not any more, I pat the seat now when I take the dog out.
