Support Guide Position Requirements:

• Pass Background Check
• Pass Drug Screening
• Pass Alcohol Screening
• Current CPR Certificate
• Current 1st Aid Certificate
• Excellent People Skills
• Local Knowledge & Experience
• Mechanical & Troubleshooting Skills
• Loves to travel
• Ability to work with a variety of people from various national, cultural, social, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
• Excellent Temperament
• Ability to remain calm in extremely stressful environments
• Good decision making and judgement skills
• Experience riding Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
• Experience driving oversized vehicles with trailer
• Computer & Social Media Use
• Driving license with motorcycle endorsement

Preferred Additional Skills & Abilities

• Emergency Medical Training: E.M.T. / Paramedic / First-Responder
• Experience with working with the general public
• Experience with Group leadership & dynamics
• Emergency/Crisis Management
• Motorcycle & Automotive Mechanical Ability
• Bi/Multilingual, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese…etcetera.
• Experience Leading & managing motorcycle group riding
• Advanced motorcycling training
• Tour guide experience
• International travel history
• Long-distance motorcycle touring experience (2,000+Mile)
• Completion of Higher education: Associates, Bachelor’s, Master’s, P.H.D.
• Advanced driver training
• Ability to be diplomatic in extremely stressful situations

I hope it's pay, it should be well into 6 figures, that would be cheap for 5-8 professions.

I would hope it's not under 50k, no bens. and look at the fun your having.

 

I think I'd rather be stabbed than have to manage the general public on a motorcycle trip. That job is worth a handsome salary.

Doesn't sound too unreasonable in the requirements department. That being said, it can be hard enough to keep three couples together on a Saturday night ride to a favorite bar. 😂 These folks might have their hands full!
