Did our first ride today. Only did about 10 miles. She had a blast. We talked about it all before we took off. No problems. She didnt wiggle at all. She leaned well. There really is no downside. She giggled and laughed the whole time.
THIS is what I bought the bike for!!!

Great that it worked out well for you. Wife was the same way when I first took her out, like a giddy school girl. Took her out today for the third time on a 2 hour ride. The curves were a little shaky to get the hang of with her on the back, but it's what we need to do to get where we need to be. She's a great passenger though and does everything I ask.
Has she asked when her next ride is yet?

All good points. This times 10! First couple of times my new gf went riding with me, thought she could get off the bike as soon as we stopped. 105 pounds can toss your center of gravity way off way quick!! She quickly learned to stay on or as well not to get on until I was ready.

I don't want to beat a dead horse and, frankly, I believe all the information in the following article has already been shared; however, perhaps an actual "publication" gives more credence to the advice. Be safe.

For the record, she took to it like a fish to water. We both did. Now, when its nice and we are going somewhere, its "are we taking the bike???"
Which is music to my ears
