Locals often do not carry many products that other locals do. I bought 15-50 at our local store for years. Then I went to get some and they did not have it. Auto section manager tried to tell me Mobile 1 did not make 15-50. Now it is in stock again so I got to tell him SEE, I f=in told you.

 

Ha! Luckily, my local Auto Zone carries it, and they even have K&N filters!

 

BUT, they are not on the "participation" list.............................sooooooo, who knows?

Mobil runs this rebate every spring and fall. I've purchased in WM and online from PepBoys (not on list) and always received the refund.

 

The list does say "some participating retailers".

 

I understand that, so the rest could be a "maybe" you will get the rebate is all I am saying.

I can't believe the conversation always comes up about "My Store is not listed" The website says, "Some Participating Retailers Include. The only one that the website says that is not accepted is AMAZON. If Walmart sells it, they got it from a Mobil1 Distributor.

My local Wally World carries most of the Mobil1 line including the Motorcycle oils which are stocked in another area where Motorcycle helmets are located. I've always gotten my rebates when buying at WM.

If you go to AZ to buy it, you may pay $35-$40 per 5 qt Jug which is $10-$15 more than WM and negates the rebate.

 

2 of the 4 near me carry it on the shelf. On a side note I stopped at Advance Auto to get a K&N for my daughters truck and they Mobil 1 20W50 and 10W40 for $8.99 a qt. They aren't on the list but I'm gonna submit it anyway.
