Go to Ebay and look for a used set or build your own with new parts available on that site.

With the 14 Softails, the lights must be CANBUS compatible. Kinda sorta.

I bought the HD kit that didn't have bulbs, blacked out for my Slim. I have not found any company with better chrome than HD.

I also bought eBay bulbs that have angel eyes... only to find out that they are not CANBUC compatible. That took a little work. They wouldn't plug into the fender tip light and work, so I had to purchase the accessory pigtail plug. That worked out easily enough and I've been really happy with the setup. The next thing, though, is to buy another switch to have independent control over the main lamps and the angel eye parts.

Depending on how you wanna go with bulbs/effort of wiring.....

Either way, I'd find the HD part number on HD's site, either the set with bulbs or without. Then, do a google and eBay search. There are some online HD dealers that sell at lower prices.
