Default easy way to get the oil out of your filter with out mess

Hi,

I just found a amazing product by no mess products in Florida. Buy this product and get a 3/8 hose and take a drill or impact drill with a 14mm socket and screw it in on the low point of the filter. Takes all of the oil out if the filter without a mess! I included a photo of the product and if you would like one they are $20 at https://www.nomessproducts.com. you can also you this for your car or truck too!

Have you or anyone tried it? I read the reviews and they aren't that great...

Just use a piece of cardboard or aluminum to guide the oil into your drain pan. Seriously, you're going to spend plenty on your bike buying **** you actually need.

Much simpler this way; zero mess at all

17mm socket to remove the PCS4C oil filter, dump out oil filter in to oil drain pan; clean filter element with brake cleaner, wipe down the billet housing with a paper towel; mount filter back on relocation. Done. No drama, no mess

I'm usually not one for gadgets, but I had some "Harley Bucks" to spend and I bought one of their orange filter drains. What a great, but very simple idea. I wish I had bought one years ago.

Using a cut out 2 L soda bottle I can do it in half the time it takes to use a gadget. The filter falls in bottle with the oil.

Jesus.

It's not difficult - just get some aluminium foil, double it up and stick it under the filter. Profile it so it drains into you choice of vessel.

Done.

But a decent filter wrench helps as well.

I remove the voltage regulator first(2 nuts) that makes it easier to remove the filter and use the cardboard or foil to drain.

Looks like an extra step and more money to spend...

Put pan under filter, unscrew, clean the **** that dripped on the bike with carb cleaner if you want. I just wipe it down and move on.
