Awesome. Wish my dad had been a rider, but no. Great tribute, subscribing!

Subscribed and enjoying. Huge respect for you on paying honor to your dad.

Do you have an anticipated completion date? First ride?

Great job! My dad and I spent a lot of time when I was a kid fixing up and riding motorcycles. My dad saved for a very long time and finally bought his dream bike about three years before he died. I bought my dad’s Road King from my mom after he died. I love working on it, cleaning It, and riding it.
I get how special the Hornet is to you. Cheers!

I’m hoping right around March but all depends on when the tins are back from paint and the weather up here.

That's going to be a ride you'll long remember.

You should mount two go pros on the bike for the first ride. One facing forward for the ride and one aimed at your face so you'll be able to see the big grin on your face the first time you roll it out the driveway and point it into the wind.

Great way to keep the riding memories with your dad as you restore his bike.
