Default Is the Sportster frame the same as a Dyna

I have never been on a Sportster, but I’ve been on a fatass Lowrider and I was wondering if the frame is the same thing as on the Harley Sportster models?

No ...not now and not ever. Two different frames since the beginning of time, only similarity is the dyna used to have dual exposed shocks on the rear same as a sportster.

I believe Hitthecoast used to post on this forum before. His writing style, sentence structure and questions are exactly like a certain person who had a 13 Road King who got banned about 6 months ago or so.

The Sportster frame and engine is much skinnier than the rest, which is one of the things the Sportster faithful like.
I'm not sure if that helps ground clearance but it helps the bike feel more nimble to me. I rode a Sportster for 6 years. It is also a shorter frame which is the only thing I didn't like.

The only similarities are the front and back end. They are both swingarm frames, but the Sportster is a one-piece engine and transmission, the Dyna engine and trans are separate, making the frames completely different.

Only similarities are the know-it-alls who look at a Dyna and identify it as a Sportster.
