Uke's HD has taken a new 1200 Iron and damn near stripped it and rebuilding it with I guess some HD and aftermarket parts/accessories. They are live streaming it on Facebook. Second installment is supposed to be tomorrow evening.

Definitely looks like it will be a sportier looking Iron!
