Is there a sticky pster somewhere with shipping vendors information and user reviews ? I bought a bike in CA that needs to get to TX.

Uship, Lots of good small trucking outfits that specialize in cycle and car transport. You can check their ratings and reviews before booking. I've used them 4 times with great success.
