Ohio Bike Week....

Starts next Wednesday. Anyone going? I live in Sandusky, so I'm there every day.

I go every year - I'll be up there from Thursday night until Sunday.

 

My band is playing our on RT 2 towards Toledo at a biker/Fishing camp ground about 20 min out of bike week. Hoping to get out there Sat morning.

 

I normally go (I'm about 1 hour away). This year we're headed to Rolling Thunder in Washington,DC. Have a good time at Bike Week. Watch your speeds on Rt 2. They'll be out in force looking for speeders.

I usually check out the vendors but this year they have cut the days so I might not even go. I like to go during the week to avoid the crowds. Too many drunks and out of control riders.

 

Yeah, I am going tomorrow for the Kelly's Island Ride. We do that every year.
Might be the only day I make it this year since they cut it down to 5 days, which sucks!
And why not move it to June or even July when it is warmer???

 

Your final question is one that lots of us locals have been wondering for years. Weather in northern Ohio in late May can be "iffy" at best. A few years ago, it was rainy and mid-60's all week. This year though, weather looks like it'll be great.
