what can I do to stop it? Or, is it no big deal?

I got some spacers with mine but I didn't have to use them.

Yes, it is a very big deal. Stop riding the bike and call me. To avoid misunderstandings, best if we speak and have a way to send photos to me as requested at the time of the call. Of course be next to the bike and hopefully you will have a computer on for photo transfer to e-Mail. I am not 100% sure but I think you are my customer. You got my #. 8am~8pm (or later) 7/days, & all holidays.. I am here for you.

I understand and that is good. Just seems based on his reply to be "VERY BIG DEAL" so others could possibly benefit from hearing the issue and how to avoid it. Good luck hope it all works out well for you.

Good point. I bet Howard gets me fixed up in a jiffy and I’ll be more than happy to post the fix!
