Those with 2 bikes, do you think about selling one?

FXR...never. My first real Harley that would go anywhere anytime.
RK...no. Adult ride that does it all in comfort. It reflects where I am today.
Softail...yes, maybe someday. It's a slick looking ride but I'm still not sold on the Twin Cam and it's always reminding me of it's limitations.
It's best to have a couple bikes and always at least keep one ready to ride.

Nobody wants to pay for add-ons. Just sold my Sporty to one of the kids. If I'm going to let it go for less than I think it is worth its going to be to family. If your really thinking about it put it out there for what you'll take. If it doesn't move put it back in the garage. We have a high cost for tags where I live so it's nice not to keep two up. The room in the garage is nice too.

I just recently sold a bike with practically no miles on it (295), I now realize that bitter-sweet feeling that a parent gets when one of their kids finally moves out of the house.
Even though I (we) got a premium price for an absolutely pristine (and well accessorized) motorcycle we still lost a "ton" of money on something that we never really got to ride.
I too have a Heritage Springer ('95th Anniversary) with less than 10,000 miles on the clock that I've thought of selling but I'm just not ready to part with it even though I haven't ridden it in a few years (too many toys, too little time) so it just sits there, waiting to be taken out, washed, waxed and ridden.
Since I'm not missing any meals, have another bike to ride, and the Springer has probably bottomed out on depreciation (I hope), I think I'll keep it a while longer and see what happens.
