Harley calls what they put in their motorcycle an "Engine". Now I don't know what to believe?
Harley Engines

I guess since this forum calls motors "Engines", I will have to rethink my terminology.

Got to go though as I'm low on fuel and need to stop at a gas station, then stop by the store and get the Guns and Ammo magazine, and some rounds for my magazines, then some clips to hang them in the firearm locker to be safe.

I am not familiar with trains, just know they have a electric motor to move the train.

The electric motor in my house is run off a generator too.

I suppose we could get farther off track but I'm not sure how.

I've worked with techs that had a hard on for the correct usage of engine and motor. They all seemed to be good talkers but didn't have any other skills to offer.

Default I own the 05 103 twin cam

I like my twin cam with the exception of 2 things.
1st, the timing chains have weak tensioner shoes. Especially the inside shoe wears quickly. I have have put 60,000 on her and the inside shoe( the harder one to do) i have had to replace twice. The 2nd is the killer. Its the retarded balance shafts that have a timing chain and tensioners that need to be replaced and the damn things require the cases to be split to change. If and when i do get to the point that the engine needs to be opened i am going to do the eliminator kit for the balance shafts. I belive that alot the
of the rattle that sounds like valve train is in fact coming from the retarded balance shaft system. This is my option as to why I personally am going back to the Evo.
