My Son bought a bike off of them this past month. Good deal, no issues.

I'm not sure how they ship their bikes. But in the car hauling world most every business you find online is a broker. They all use the same website to post loads that they have and what they're paying. Truckers find the loads there. Of course a trucker isn't going to haul a single unit cross country and expect to make a profit, so they look for several units going in the same direction to build a profitable load. So it can take several weeks to get a vehicle shipped.
I'm wondering if RumbleOn has a similar scenario when they ship bikes purchased from them? If you're in a part of the country where riding season has ended or is on the way out, buying from RumbleOn might not be a bad deal because you can wait out the shipping. It'd suck to wait a month or more in mid season.

I didn't. I put down the deposit and everything. Just had to sign the papers. Got cold feet. The main reason was because their 90 day warranty would've started when I received the bike. By that time, it was already snowing here and the 90 days would've put me in to Feb/March. Just couldn't do that for a bike sight unseen. It was a 2018 and it looked like it had some mods. Mods that likely would've voided the factory warranty. But the people at RumbleOn couldn't answer those questions that I had. Realistically, they're just flippers.

I wasn't unhappy with the process. I wound up getting my deposit refunded quickly. The communication was all good. I just had reservations about it. I wound up getting a bike cheaper through my cousin who works at a dealer, so all worked out. I would certainly look at them again if I was in the market. I would want something as close to stock as possible, and at a time that would allow me to take advantage of their 90 day warranty.

Side note: I wound up finding the guy on here who actually sold the bike to RumbleOn. When I found him, it was too late, but I had to ask him about the bike. Turns out, everything was good with it, nothing was wrong. Would've gotten a good deal on a bike. But like I said, no worries. I found one I liked better.

Good luck, and tell us what you wind up doing.

I definitely will, I am really thinking about buying a bike from them. The main reason is I live in California and the prices here are not even close to the rest of the country. I have been looking for a Street Glide or a Road King for over 4 months and the prices are almost double what I have been finding in Texas and other states.

Yea man. The prices are usually really good. My only advice would be to try to stick as close to stock as possible. You should be fine tho. Let us know!!

I've bought 4 cars from CarMax -- no problems at all.

My Son bought a Honda off of RumbleOn -- no problems at all.

The sounds you hear are incorrect
