My bike has a chrome holder mounted on the side of the frame in the front that was made to be a cigar holder. Dont smoke myself so it works good to hold paperwork in a ziplock bag

My insurance is digital, prior to that I never carried it with me. The only time i see my registration is once per year when they mail me the renew paperwork, I have never been pulled over on a bike since i got rid of my crotch rockets and the last time I was pulled over in a car they didn't ask for registration only insurance.

Don't have a fancy phone so can't do digital. All the important stuff is kept in an old WWII leather map case. Has a spot for a notepad, pens, owners manual as well as the tire gauge and the basic tools that might be needed like a Torx set and Allan keys and some basic sockets. Get off the bike and don't want to leave it in the bag? Just grab this out of it and go and I know everything important is already in it instead of fumbling around piecing it all together.
